How much are shipping costs?
Express courier shipping costs are €5.99 up to 5kg in weight ( FREE for orders over €69.99). For details click Here . Estimated delivery times are 1-4 working days from the moment the courier collects the goods.

How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
Shipping is done in 1-2 working days from the order with traceable express courier. The tracking code will be provided to the customer via email in 1-2 working days after the order confirmation.

Can I pay on delivery?
Yes with a stamp.
A fixed fee of 3.99 euros must be added to the total order.

Can I buy online and collect the goods in store?
Yes, it is possible. Remember to insert "Payment in Store" in the checkout and after confirming the order, go to the store within 2 working days.

I received a defective order, what should I do?
The customer has the right to return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
This right can be exercised by contacting customer service directly.
