How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
Shipping takes place within 1-2 working days of ordering via traceable express courier. The tracking code will be provided to the customer via email in 1-2 working days after order confirmation.

I received a faulty order, what should I do?
The customer has the right to return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
