Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if dissatisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving them. This right can be exercised by contacting customer service directly or by sending a registered letter (to DarSa di Porretta Dario, Via delle Valli 9, Magliano Romano (RM) 00060 ), containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund request. This communication must contain all of the following: a. the Customer's express wish to withdraw from the purchase contract in whole or in part; b. the number and copy of the document (invoice or transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised; c. the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised. The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Upon receipt of the communication from the Customer informing us of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Seller, having verified that the above requirements are met, will email a label to be printed and affixed to the package. The customer will wait for the courier to collect the return at the same address indicated at the time of purchase, or they will have to go to a local post office or Fermopoint and drop off the goods there (in both cases, they will be charged nothing). Shipping costs of €6 will be deducted from the refund (for cash on delivery, a €6 handling fee will also be deducted).

If the customer agrees to be reimbursed via a purchase voucher (non-transferable) Return shipping is FREE , so shipping costs will NOT be deducted from your refund.

If the return is not received within 10 days of notification of the return and/or the merchandise is not in exactly the same condition as purchased (item integrity, damage to the merchandise, damage to the original packaging, missing components or coverings), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to issue a partial refund. This decision will be communicated to the customer within 7 days via written email.

If the customer opens a claim using one of the associated payment methods, the return costs are at the customer's expense and it is the buyer's responsibility to ship the goods to our warehouse.

All returns relating to purchases made outside of Italy are always the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team. Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging, within the stated timeframe. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
